At Heraki Wines, we are a micro-scale garage winery founded by Fulya & Jose, who first met in Bordeaux. Our focus is on producing small-batch, terroir-driven wines from heritage vineyards and indigenous Turkish grape varieties, with minimal intervention and a strong commitment to natural balance.

Heraki's Garage Inception
These two vineyards were the spark of HERAKI wines. They are two monovarietal wines.
“DELTA V”, the white wine, honours the 60+ years old Sultaniye vines. Seedless grape grown on clay limestone at 800 m gives us this elegant and textured wine of 12,5% ABV “NOVAKULA” red wine arised from one of the oldest Boğazkere vineyards in our main terroir. Gobelet trained, dry farming and low yield vines grown our low intervention wine. Matured in new and old French barrels and oak casks for 14 to 18 months.

Akuarela Spectrum
We have a specific unoaked wine range named AKUARELA (“watercolor paint” in spanish) in which we want to point the grape varietal expression and the terroir where they grown. Akuarela monovarietal wines are 4 different labels; one white wine made with Sultaniye grapes, and three reds, Çal Karası, Karasakız and Boğazkere.

Heritage Taurus Mountains
With the support of the Heritage Vines of Turkey association, we released two new terroir-driven wines from Gök and Patkara grapes—little-known varietals in winemaking. This initiative is part of our mission to reflect the deep-rooted history of Anatolian viticulture and to help preserve and sustain Turkey’s heritage vineyards, which have been significantly reduced over the past century.
