Sauvignon

These two vineyards were the spark of HERAKI wines. They are two monovarietal wines. “DELTA V”, the white wine, honours the 60+ years old Sultaniye vines. Seedless grape grown on clay limestone at 800 m gives us this elegant and textured wine of 12,5% ABV “NOVAKULA” red wine arised from one of the oldest Boğazkere vineyards in our main terroir. Gobelet trained, dry farming and low yield vines grown our low intervention wine. Matured in new and old French barrels and oak casks for 14 to 18 months.
